By accessing and using the Yak & Go application, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. Service Modifications

Yak & Go reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice to the user. You agree that Yak & Go shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

4. Limitation of Liability

Yak & Go shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
